What do I have to know before booking?

Cancellation policy:

Our reservations are open 6 months in advance, if you want to make a reservation with a longer period, please contact us by email at reservas@da-filippo.com so we can help you.

We operate under a very strict cancellation policy to protect our small business.

We accept cancellations or modifications of the number of diners without charge up to 24 hours before the day of your reservation, any cancellation, modification after this time or no-show on the day of the reservation will be subject to a fee of €92 per person.

If it is less than 24 hours please let us know as soon as possible if your plans change, by email to reservas@da-filippo.com.

About allergies:

Da Filippo offers several menu options featuring fish, seafood, meat and vegetables. Only the Short Menu can be adapted for coeliac (gluten-free) and vegetarian guests, provided we are informed at least 72 hours in advance. The long tasting menus and the à la carte menu cannot be modified. Additionally, we do not offer adaptations for lactose intolerance or dairy allergies.

Due to the nature of our proposal and the limited size of the kitchen, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of traces or fully prevent cross-contamination in the case of allergies. For this reason, we kindly ask you to inform us as early as possible of any allergies or intolerances so we can organise the service accordingly. Please write to reservas@da-filippo.com with the information you think is relevant.

Online reservations are available for 1-5 guests up to six months in advance on a rolling basis. For larger group enquiries, please contact reservas@da-filippo.com

Credit card details are required to secure your reservation.
