How can I make a reservation at Da Filippo?

In order to make a reservation you can do it in our section of reservations following the steps that indicate you. If there is no availability on the desired date, you can register on the waiting list. Or, you can make your reservation by phone at +34 943 84 06 97 or our email: booking@da-filippo.com and we will contact you.

How long in advance should I make a reservation?

You can make your reservation with a maximum of 180 days in advance, through our website www.da-filippo.com or through our email: booking@da-filippo.com

I have doubts regarding a reservation already made.

Will you contact me from Da Filippo when I make a reservation?

At the time of booking, you will receive an email with confirmation of your booking. If you do not receive this email, please contact our reservations department by email:
booking@da-filippo.com 24 hours before the day of your reservation, you will receive an email so you can confirm or cancel your reservation without cost. (You can find it in the cancellation policy)

What is the reservation cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made by email at booking@da-filippo.com or via the link sent by email at the time of booking.
Reservations up to 6 people: modifications or cancellations allowed, without penalty, up to 24 hours before the day of your reservation.
Reservations up to 15 people: modifications or cancellations allowed, without penalty, up to 7 days before the day of your reservation.
Reservations for more than 15 people:
– Permitted modifications, without penalty up to 7 days before the day of your reservation.
– Cancellations allowed, without penalty up to 15 days before the day of your reservation.
If the reservation is modified or cancelled after the established deadline, we reserve the right to charge a penalty equivalent to the price of the agreed menu.
We also reserve the right to charge you a penalty equivalent to the price of the agreed menu if you make a reservation and do not show up.

How can I make a reservation for a group?

If you would like to make a group reservation, please contact us at the following email address: booking@da-filippo.com or by phone at +34 943 84 06 97 and we will provide you with all the necessary information and the availability of the restaurant.

What are the opening hours of Da Filippo?

We open from Thursday to Monday. From 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

At Prim Kalea 34, San Sebastián (Spain).

What is the menu they offer?

Da Filippo offers both a la carte and a tasting menu. Everything is served to a full table.
At noon on weekdays (Thursday, Friday, Monday), we offer an executive menu.
In order to personalize your menu and enjoy the experience to the fullest, it is important that at the time of booking you provide us with information about allergies, intolerances or even foods that are not to your liking.

Do you have a vegetarian or vegan menu?

In our a la carte menu, you can find vegetarian options and a very limited vegan option.

What happens if someone has an allergy or intolerance?

Our elaborations are made up of fresh and seasonal products. For us it is extremely important that if you have any allergies or food intolerances, let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, we cannot assure you that we can adapt our menu to your restrictions. To inform us of any question you can write to us at booking@da-filippo.com

Is there a dress code?

Da Filippo does not have a dress code. To us, the most important thing, is that you enjoy the experience and that you feel comfortable.

What happens if I am late?

We thank our guests for being punctual so that they can fully enjoy the experience. You must consider that arriving 15 minutes after the time established in the reservation, without notice, will be considered a No – Show.

What are the payment methods?

At Da Filippo we receive credit/debit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept payments in cash (euros).

How can I purchase a Da Filippo Gift Card?

To purchase a Gift Card, go to the Gift Card section and follow the instructions. We will send it to you by email or by conventional mail, depending on what you want. The voucher will have a validity of 6 months from the date of issue of this card, and it has no refund.

Are children admitted?

At Da Filippo children are welcome. And in addition to the menu dishes, we have special adaptations for the little ones.
We have high chairs.

Is there a wheelchair access available?

Our facilities are designed and adapted to serve the needs of people with reduced mobility. We would appreciate if you would inform us of any special need you may have, so we can adapt and provide comfort at your table or at any other area of the restaurant.
